A three-judge panel in the North Carolina Court of Appeals will hear state Supreme Court candidate Jefferson Griffin’s ongoing case on March 21 to overturn the results of his highly contentious election.

"To overturn the results of his election..." To be clear, he is asking to overturn the results of AN election in which he lost, including after two recounts.
Talk about a rigged system . . . Hopefully there are a couple of honest Americans on the panel who will do the right thing, but I do not hold out any real hope for that.
The Oval Office Gangster, come to find out in his quest to emulate, to be the American Putin, will not be having elections in the future. What was thought to be a joke he made really wasnt/isnt
So that solves the problem of "highly contentious election[s]"
You haven't been paying attention. NOTHING has been 'free and fair' in NCs elections. It was all a hot mess where Republicans cheated their way to victory. This state is TOXIC!
Dude lost. There have been multiple recounts. It should never have gotten this far in court. If he wins, it will prove an election can be overturned if someone doesn't like the results. That's scary.
That and if you happen to be in the same political party as the majority on the court. Guaranteed this would have never gotten this far had it been Riggs filing the lawsuits since she is a Dem and their courts have a GOP majority.
This guy is despicable. Last week he unveiled his latest tactic, to try to make folks feel sorry for him by using his wife’s miscarriage last year to gain sympathy. I’m sorry for their loss, but you don’t get to steal a judgeship to make it feel better, Jefferson.
Is this a BIG LIE case, where GOP is claiming the election was not free & fair, (which seems to occur every time they lose), & gop is claiming “fraud,” which means: democrats won, & gop wants unconstitutional powers to overturn a legal election result, & replace it with gop FRAUD election outcome?

They will march you to a panel filled with their judges, courtrooms packed with their juries, and police staffed with their enforcers.
And because you are not them, you will be found guilty.
If the results in one case are overturned, who’s to say the other election results aren’t invalid as well? 🤔

There’s nothing “highly contentious@ about this.
Republicans didn’t like the results of the election and are trying to overturn it.
It’s not contentious, it’s criminal.
