Hey Democracy Docket, I don't know if you'll see this comment. But has anyone mapped out where the 60k ballots Griffin wants to toss are located by address in the state? I get the feeling you'd see some political clusters of interest if someone did.
“Make no mistake: should the majority’s decision be implemented, the impact will be to disenfranchise North Carolina voters even though they were eligible to vote on election day.”
Exhibit A on the disenginuous and corrupt nature of the appeals court decision - apperrantly the 65K votes only applies to this case and doesnt affect any other races that were on the same ballot
By the time NC decides on this state supreme court seat, it's going to be time for the next election. C'mon, people. @allisonjriggs.bsky.social is the legitimate winner.
DON'T DO THIS! Now is the time to be complacent pu$$ies and sing songs and hold hands and have drum circles and fascism will just go away on its own you guys! Don't download and share! DON'T VISIT MY PAGE! Just stay at home and this will all work out! There's nothing YOU CAN PERSONALLY DO about THIS
This headline is great in its clear communication of the truth. It doesn’t “both sides” or perform contortions to give Republicans’ obvious lies the benefit of the doubt.
What, is the Supreme Court if NC wondering what logic process can even lead to the conclusion that only certain ballots for a certain election have to be counted by separate and different standard that was determined after the election?
Let's all remember exactly why they're using this option, considering the following quote.
It's almost as if there should be checks, balances, consequences, etc. Instead of making an example out of him, they're simply using his example to topple democracy since they're untouchable in the USA.

This is simple.
