Dems are not the party shutting the government down. The GOP is unilaterally freezing congressionally approved funds and closing fully funded departments while preparing the spending bill with zero democratic input. The Dem senators should not approve what they disapprove of.

If the party that controls all 3 branches + both parts of the legislature cannot pass a bill & that is somehow made out to be your fault rather than a complete failure of their incompetence, then all your comms consultants should be fired. This is not hard. It just takes cutting though bullshit.
