Trump is a republican, why are there so many pundits that want democrats to help him out? Republicans have no problem helping themselves, and democrats should not assist in any way, shape or form. If things were reversed, and Biden was a felon, there would be no talk of pardons from republicans.

To follow-up, republicans did there best to make Obama, Biden and the Clintons felons. Bill had some dirt, Hillary made some mistakes that got blown out of proportion, but Biden and Obama were and are squeaky clean, otherwise you can bet that they would have been prosecuted in a second. Reps tried!

Really? Because 1915 case Burdick v US said quite the opposite. Accepting a pardon carries an admission of guilt. Which was part of Ford's reasoning for pardoning Nixon.

Biden still shouldn't even consider it.
