Biden attorney general Garland could drop the documents lawsuits against Trump’s assistants today, hand the special counsel report on the documents to Biden and Biden could release them to all ( presidential immunity) . But instead they are gonna let Judge Cannon run out the clock

It was a stupid waste of time only if you are correct that a court had to acknowledge dismissal of the case first and that Raskin was wrong. Many scholars said Cannon never could take jurisdiction of a case she dismissed but she did anyway. So who knows what the law means now on anything.
