Most are being filed in DC, where all but a few judges worked their ass off the last 2 years on Jan6 cases that have since been disappeared.

Yes, there are Trump judges in the courts, and if Aileen Cannon types get these cases, Trump may prevail. But most judges are not like her. These actions are clearly illegal and/or unconstitutional, and they WILL be stopped.

I feel like their strategy is to just flood the courts and then ignore whatever rulings come out. And I fear this will happen even when cases make it to the Supreme Court. And they basically have him license to do it with their immunity ruling. I hope I’m proven wrong but I don’t have much faith.

Congress won't act to remove him. If two branches of government say opposite things, the winner is whichever one the people carrying out the orders listen to.

Right now it's everyone's job, from politicians down to protestors, to make sure they listen to the side following the law and Constitution.

Pretty much. One of the larger themes in that entire series is the nature of power - who actually has it, where it comes from, how it moves from one person to another.
