I commented last week since Sen Justice (R-WV) was literally flying home most evening & flying back the next morning maybe he could get the 86 year old a driver to her doctor? Go after him! Unlike dt most politicians hate bad press!

I think people wanted to know the DNC were willing to fight. Party line votes weee the bare minimum.

Watching the DNC approve the appointees was just deflating.

The action to contact Democratic Senators and Representatives was sorely needed. They've become more visible and active. Our next actions should be to a) encourage them to visibly hold gop accountable every hour of every day and b) do the same ourselves.

As Indivisible's guiding principle says, it is only the actual constituents who are effective at pressuring a member of Congress. (tho hey, financing billboards is an awesome idea). So lots of organizing needed in red districts. AND the Lutherans and Catholics must get busy.
