Yeah I think it was and I knew they were lying at the time they said that. Most of what they have said in court has been a lie pretty much. They use that "I'm saying it's true but it might not be" language a lot.

Read-only access to everything would have allowed him to copy the source code to another computer and run it in a non-production system. A ‘sandbox’ to play in.

He returned equipment and credentials, and they quarantined the devices, but he easily had enough time to send the source code out.
