Just that normally if you already had a written consent form, it'd be submitted with the filing. There is likely something dodgy about that doc, which Bove will try to retcon. Which, if true, seems EPICALLY stupid on his part.

The "through counsel" may be the kicker. That is, it may be a letter from Alex Spiro or even (!!) Bill Burck, who allegedly has a role in policing Ethics for Trump.
