The TV ads here in Wisconsin for both sides are a nightmare. Each side is accusing the other of giving light sentences to sexual predators including child molesters. The Wisconsin Supreme Court rarely does criminal cases. The issue that matters is democracy and gerrymandering.

We do not have capital punishment in Wisconsin. Wisconsin became a state in 1848, and the death penalty was abolished prior to that.
