Judge may just be pissed DOJ humiliated him in abusing process but not care about result. DOJ's shameful not having Mom at hearing, but result may be right. US kid can return when custody issue resolves. Honduras has democratic government. Politico says little about DAD but elsewhere says Honduran.

...Honduras is now a relatively stable democracy. It wasn't always, but it is now. And its poverty is declining, or was with healthy global trade before Felon47's fucked up tariff war. Nothing in this story says the 2yo's family has legal US residency. They'll get jobs and make new home there so IDK
