for something classified as "for official use only" that is beyond extreme. the same classification is on vehicles used by the military, like a car or truck
Because the FOIA is full of loopholes that basically make the law purposefully ineffective. But it still gives off the appearance of being helpful for government accountability purposes, which is why it's still on the books.
