That being said, we will say that DEI is an excellent hiring tool. Am I missing something?
I read the letter, and despite the AGs using phrases like "unlawful DEI" and such, they never seem to cite any law or code that makes DEI unlawful? They refer to Fair Admissions but that was about colleges and affirmative action not private businesses and DEI policies right?

I just bought an executive memebership specifically because COSTCO supports diversity and equity because it makes the company more productive and profitable. I also called the customer support. They are monitoring feedback on the decision. The associate had joy in her voice upon hearing my decision.
