TLDR Birthright citizenship is enshrined in the US constitution so any effort whatsoever to remove it is unconstitutional.

Trans rights aren't in the constitution so they have to wait for protocols and laws to manifest for them to sue against.

There absolutely has to be some to sue against. Rights to medical treatment with informed consent, first amendment right to expression of gender, etc. Hell, I’d take freedom of religion in terms of bodily autonomy and respect of identity. @churchofsatan.com any ideas on that last one?

Yes, but the actual Action to implement the EOs is only now starting to appear. The anti-trans EOs themselves, because they don't specifically target a constitutional right, aren't opposable. The laws, the policies, the protocol changes, those are what will be sued against.
