I am a little confused. The chart says it includes full-game digital purchases from the Nintendo eShop, but then it says digital sales are not included for any of the Nintendo games. Are Sonic, Hogwarts, and Just Dance the only games to include eShop sales?
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 finished as both the best-selling premium video game of December and the 2024 year. Call of Duty was the best-selling video game franchise in U.S. full game dollar sales (excluding add-on content) for a record 16th consecutive year.
EA Sports College Football 25 finished as the #2 best-selling game of 2024, while ranking 1st on Xbox platforms. EA Sports College Football 25 is the best-selling sports video game in U.S. history (full game dollar sales, excluding add-on content).
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was Decemberβs only new release to rank among the top 20 best-sellers of the month. It was 14th overall on the December sales chart, while placing 4th on Xbox platforms.
Kinda feels like it should've done better than 14th given it was the only major non F2P release of the month? But 4th on Xbox doesn't seem bad, particularly given its Game Pass release.
Out of complete curiosity, do you have any idea of the split between physical and digital for Indiana Jones? Obviously itβs probably fair to assume itβs heavily in favour of digital - Iβm just intrigued how large a gap there is
Marvel Rivals debuted as the #1 title in U.S. monthly active users on Steam while ranking 3rd across both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series in that measure (source: Circana Player Engagement Tracker).

How much do you reckon it's sold? 1m-ish?
