I’m not sure if you’ve read anything by Zen Cho but I’d recommend Black Water Sister and Sorcerer to the Crown/The True Queen
There’s also Tade Thompson but I have very mixed feelings about Rosewater as a book
And I think Eliza Chan and Helen Oyeyemi are British but I’ve not read their books yet
I loved Sorcerer to the Crown, I'll see if I can find her others at the library! Rosewater put me off reading Tade Thompson tbh, I wasn't wild about it 😅 I'd never heard of Eliza Chan so adding her to my list, where Helen Oyeyemi has been languishing for too long! Thank you!
