Her question is the point. If the executive branch has a constitutional right to do what they’re doing, then they should be able to cite those, in court, to support their argument.

On the plus side, a judge had the opportunity to rule against them taking over the United States Institute Of Peace. With guns, cuz irony is dead. Pretty open and shut since they aren't under the Executive or OPM, and the building they're in isn't owned by the gov.
