Getting ready to go sit the Kanji Kentei (漢字検定). Unlike the JLPT, the Kanji Kentei is an excellent measure of your kanji and vocabulary abilities as you must know stroke order, be able to identify readings, and of course, write in kanji when you're simply presented with boxes and a reading.
