'Limits of Glory: Napoleon's Eastern Empires' is a bit overstuffed (not surprising given it's the 1st game in the system) with some extraneous fat that could probably be better trimmed off, but it's an *interesting* lighter-ish system that doesn't just feel like hex-n-counter or CDG in disguise.
