My advice is don't think of it as a free low grade Maya. Even though you can load up Maya hotkeys, it's not a good way to learn Blender. There are some great YouTube channels for animation and rigging, let me know if you want links.

Some Blender tutorials are the sit and make art with me kind. Which is great, but sometimes you just want - show me how to do the thing. Blender Secrets are great bite size 1 min per topic tutorials. https://www.youtube.com/@BlenderSecrets
The thing is that a given function is the same across different editors. For example the period key on the num pad means focus. Use it in the 3D viewport to zoom in on the selected item. Use it in the outliner to show the selected item. I recommend going full Blender, your mileage may vary.
Ok, here's some places to start. One of the best things about Blender is it's community. There are so many B3D tutorials and great resources. Mostly these are animation related. This one helps you understand coming from Maya animation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fu1dJEG-Gak
