I don't know how in-tune with the overall culture I am these days, but it seems like people are just looking to hate anything Disney does these days, no matter how much they may deserve it or what the actual quality of the film is.

Big targets are easier to hit, and all that.

So far only you, Grace Randolph, Zack Pope, Mama Geeky, and Animated Antic are the only ones I know of so far who gave it a positive review from what I checked. I think Sean Chandler and The Film Drunk give an okay score but it wasn’t that much positive for the most part.

It’s your opinion, Mat. Just because people dislike like Wish doesn’t mean you have to dislike Wish too. I personally just don’t care what the critics said about this movie. I at least enjoyed my time with some of the references and characters like Asha.

I barely watch any other reviewers nowadays. One is because of it’s toxicity their fandoms are and I just can’t take it. Two is that I’m busy with other stuff happening with my life.

For what it’s worth, I’m glad there’s positive reviews as well as reviews that say it’s just okay to off-set the negative. As for me personally, it gets tiring listening to negativity all the time, even if the criticism is fair.
