I've been using ppe tech earloop masks for the last five years. Maybe I've been lucky to but haven't caught covid yet. They provide little clips that allow the mask to tie behind the head and creates tighter fit on face. Was thinking of using some mask tape as well..

Anecdotally provide a poor fit. This is predictable based on the earloop design (typically results in about an average 8-13% fit test pass rate) but if you pass a fit test in it you are fine to go.
