If we can’t share a plate of midnight croissants by candlelight in an abandoned château during a raging thunderstorm whilst we wax rhapsodic about our shared love of ‘The Princess Bride’, then what’s the point?

Promise me you are talking about the original book, The Princess Bride: Morgenstern's Classic Tale of True Love and High Adventure?! I will be there with bells on, no matter what the weather is doing. I read the original book, in the 80s & loved THAT story. So, the movie was not what I expected.
Harken now, sweet midnight temptress,
Thou speak’st such romance of tempests!
Lay thy butter laden pastry upon mine tongue,
As thou wishest, it will be done.
Can it be another movie? The Princess Bride still has to grow on me a little bit. It sounds great, will there be milk with the croissants or hot chocolate?

It can't be cured, but symptoms can be eased
by watching any movie with Juliet Binoche.
