SO back to explaining the idea, the two models of Gender would be mech/femme (spiritual or spark gender) and Frame Type as our Sex. Frame type in this instance is referring to fliers vs grounders and their subtypes (someone pls explain the canon connection between doorwingers and fliers im begging)

this is the least Human Gender dependent model i can think of that still makes sense, because of their nebulous reproductive methods i can only assume that sex/gender has nothing to do with what position you hold in reproduction

also just as an add on, there is a LOT of fanon about seekers being caretakers and it objectivly makes no sense evolutionarily that the flying high octane frames would be universal caregivers yal are just thinking of broody birds, they would 100% be the kinds of birds to push babies out of nests
