In England our NHS surgeries are now being run by private companies like https://www.vitahealthgroup.co.uk/
This is the future. They don't have the money to run it properly any longer but they can't say it out aloud so they slowly replace it with private entities with Gov contracts.
More and more private health adverts like the ones with the stupid sausage dog.
It seems that beurocratically speaking, they are mislabelled as having learning difficulties but should be cared for at a mental health site. The stories I have heard when consoling her.

1) Make cuts to a necessary and successful government agency/program
2) Blame the program for not having enough resources and call it a failure.
3) Give 10 times as much money and resources to your friends to do a half assed job.
