In 2016 they co-opted the phrase “fake news” (remember the outbreak of legitimately ‘fake’ news stories) to include everything media

Now it’s DEI, CRT… pick your letters

What’s sad is they don’t understand DEI and have implanted into the American psyche a completely distorted view of what it is 🤦🏼‍♂️

Each is valuable on its own for different reasons.

I’ve occasionally wondered whether we dilute their value when we normalize using them together in a phrase.
