The only "mismanagement" is that the Liberals allowed Tory misinformation about the carbon rebate to drown out the fact that the rebate helped the average Canadian. "Our opponents' lies were louder than our facts" is a PR issue, not a policy issue.

Right, but did it lower emissions? Ostensibly the thing the policy was meant to achieve? The carbon pricing sucked not because it was a progressive idea, but because it is literally a right wing market-based one (it’s economically efficient, doesn’t necessarily solve the actual problem)
