We need more capability to deal with fires across the nation. Maybe a nationwide aerial fire-fighting fleet would be helpful, a bit like a squad of 'Elvis' choppers here in Vic. The horrific devastation is unsustainable, we need to focus on early detection & prompt action to reduce the spread.

maybe for little outbreaks when they have just started and are first on the scene {?}, but the drones would need to have reasonable capacity with some sort of fire retardant. Not sure they would be the best tool in the box tbh, but who knows.

If deaths through heatwaves "fly under the radar", there are serious questions that should be directed at those who control the radar.

Such as; in whose interests is it to downplay the impact of global heating?

are these the same 'radar controllers' who sided with purely short-term mercantile profits in denying known medical/scientific best practice(s) in the face of Covid, publicly lying throughout (& in the yrs since) as hundreds died weekly, even in their roles of Federal & State Health Officers?
