Normally, as Australians we applaud companies that are successful and profitable. Their shares go into our super portfolios. But to get better fruit & veg let's all go to Farmer's markets, or those few, independent vegie stores that still exist. Patronise them so well that they flourish.

A RC into the whole operation is needed. Not only pricing, but useless discounts. "2 for $xx" is a useless discount for people on a budget. Also, why are they selling imported stuff - all processed tomato products come from Italy. F&V are much dearer (and don't last as long) as from local F&V shops

Yet, we hear megaphone politicians saying it's the elected Govt's fault. This Govt has been in almost 3 years and this supermarket problem started and grew over many years only to be fully exposed during covid.
Nobody cared then, but all of a sudden when the "wealthy" have to pay, a catastrophe.
