Who runs the hotline? I'm not military, so it wouldn't apply to me, just wondering if this is something under the government or private. Cause if it's under the government... that could be a problem.

OMG so organized. I had a whole list of places and groups that would help people with their pets (medical bills, food, etc) and I posted it on FB (I think) but didn't keep it. I left FB after I got hacked and have no access.
