(2) He exercised protected speech.
I lean toward #1, but it's pretty sad that it's not a sure thing.
if ka$h brags about it it will be number 1, he did something he shouldn’t have
if the story never comes to light, 2. he found something he shouldn’t have.
Being disappeared and then having their existence scrubbed? That is not due process. That is fascism.
