Ray gave it a 4/5 which Iβll take! Wish I had a baking stone and some cornmeal to make the crust a bit crispier, plus slightly smaller pepperonis would have been great but overall happy with how it came out!
The best regular oven pizza tip I received was to get two pizza stones. Preheat the oven with both of them, and you get heat from the top and bottom. Gives you a bit more of that pizza oven effect when baking.
I use semolina instead of corn meal, but it's the same effect. Definitely recommend a pizza stone, you can use it for other applications as well as just pizza! Especially since you've been dabbling with breadmaking
