Labour stopped being progressive part way through Blair’s second term. It is Tory lite, led by a centre right knight with the charisma of a grey draught excluder. Tories are Reform Lite and Reform is Trump with beer. Deeply depressing.

We should be very wary of Labours promises for our NHS to remain free at the point of use. This will only mean a visit to GP then any treatment will be charged for. No Labour politician can be trusted. Don’t fall for their promises

That’s a version of PFI. PFI is not inherently bad.
Whether it works well for you or not is all in the contract terms. In the past, they were badly negotiated. The focus should be one making sure they work better now.
