Oh apparently it gets Worse? Someone is telling me that even though the comic never finished, the creator put out a text post later about how it would have ended.

And it ends with Zoe going to college and living as a "normal girl" and never "being trans again".

It sorta ends on a cliffhanger cause the creator got busy and never came back to it. She did once do an AMA on twitter. Don't remember everything.

Zoe (the main character) does live after the stabbing, and the person that stabbed her went to jail.

I think the creator said that the main character ended up with a man, which like bummer. Only because I had hopes for her and her lesbian friend (who didn't stab her).
