I'm a bit overweight now, but even in my skinny days I didn't trust such toilets. Just use the floor as intended for load bearing!

True story at my jobs last building, The toilet was a seesaw. If you sat down on it in the men's bathroom and somebody sat down on the other side of the walls toilet in the women's bathroom, you felt it move accordingly, or vice versa.
