Plenty of men, with the power and wealth of Gaiman, act like absolute shits to women. But even unbound of any consequences, most do not want to do ... the things in that article.

The gist of it is that Depp lost his court case against Amber Heard in the UK, because there was substantial evidence of his assaults. So he took the exact same case to US court, where his lawyers were able to have that same evidence dismissed from the case. Which is how he won that one.

This is actually a misunderstanding of the cases, Depps case in the UK wasn't against Heard, it was against I think it was the Sun (one of the Murdoch newspapers) for calling him a wife beater, and they had evidence to prove it wasn't libelous. The Heard-Depp trial was in relation to claims Heard

The case against Heard was that she damaged his reputation thereby negatively impacting his career, regardless of the fact that her op-ed did not specifically refer to him by name and despite the fact that UK court did not consider the accusation of “wife-beater” to be unfounded.

Beard’s testimony was also utilized in the UK trial, which negatively impacted both actors’ careers. Heard is not necessarily innocent of any wrongdoing, but Johnny Depp is also “not necessarily” innocent of being a wife beater, and dragging Heard to court for libel was asinine.

Well, that was, if I recall correctly, part of Depps evidence in the US trial. Which was not adduced for the purposes of being determined true or false, it was to accuse Heard of being the instigator and discredit her.- The US trial was highly sensationalised and a lot was said in that trial

I should also note that I think this story was purposefully spread to detract from the seriousness of her allegations and her evidence. It bears very little relevance to whether or not the other abused each other, and only serves to humiliate her, which he wrote in multiple texts was his goal.

Great video....and also I could f**king punch NG for using autism as an excuse.
