I genuinely think the best moment in all of Nu-Who is simply when the Ninth Doctor says 'No' to the Daleks in this scene, even if you don't include the speech afterwards.

Pure defiance against a force that they think is unstoppable.

I think it also shows why Murray Gold's bombastic score should take the backseat every so often. The lack of music makes that scene feel so much more grounded and intimate.
