YES. I didn’t realize a lot of issues I had were bc of ADHD until I got diagnosed, started meds, & going to therapy. Before that I struggled to manage damn near everything. It was mentally debilitating. If I didn’t have a solid support system idk if I would’ve made it to being diagnosed tbh.
