but the #BBCNews team didn't report it as such, and did you see #HughPym report on it. He attempted to so much negative spin on it I thought he would take off. Along with the Rachel Reeves non story is it time that #BBCNews team were the subjected to a public enquiry or at least a Panorama program

But all driven by spending on private health care. This is not investing in the NHS but makes for good headlines.

Me: 2 NHS knee replacements done privately. The hospital was full of patients who were clearly NHS. OH a gastroscopy & nutritionist, all private.

No, as an NHS patient: went to GP > referred to a clinician (private) > choice of Yeovil NHS hospital (3 months waiting) or Private ( 6wks paid by NHS). Madness. No brainer for me but v bad for NHS

Of course but that’s not Labours fault. That’s 14 yes if Tory rule . They have starved the NHS and led the biggest privatisation of the NHS ever seen. I don’t like the fact that Labour are now using it to help NHS patients but I understand it in the short to medium term .
