As a member of Families for Safe Streets, I made this video for the Virginia Senate hearing on HB 2096. It provides an option for reckless speeders to have by court order ISA installed in their vehicles. My daughter Robyn was killed bicycling in NYC, in part, due to a speeding box truck driver.
