The german government said in May (when Khan sought the warrants) that they will comply with the law if the arrest warrants will be issued.

So far now there's ZERO statement by the german government about the arrest warrants being actually issued now. We'll see...

The ICC said there is reasonable grounds to assert Netanyahu and Gallant engaged in "the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts." The warrants remain classified in part to protect witnesses.
