Sharing though it hurts because a recent major MAST cell flare = no cheese (or chocolate) ever again. Book sounds fab. Not sure I could read it without feeling need for cheese though (to be fair, Mozzarella/v young goat's cheese seem doable. Going to try sheep's milk cheese. Recommendations welcome)

Oh, that's so rough. I'm neither a dietitian or a certified cheese professional, so I don't want to rec something that could make you feel awful, but I really hope you can find milk varieties & quantities that work for you. Bodies sure suck sometimes.

They do. I mean, chocolate only, OK. Cheese only, just about bearable. But both at once is plain unfair (I tried white chocolate to see if that was OK and even had MCAS reaction to that) On + side, I adore macarons & decent (non e-numbers/colouring) marshmallows so there's an alternative, if pricier
