Vote no to invoke cloture. If cloture passes, Republicans will no longer need 60 votes to pass whatever CR they want, just a simple majority, which they have.

Even if the Dems’ amendment passed, the government would shut down because the House has adjourned for 2 weeks and won’t be around to consider the changed CR bill. So they should withdraw the amendment and accept a shutdown. It will happen anyway.
