Folks shouldn’t panic. They have been telegraphing this via Steve Brannon for a while. But, this means we need the Democratic leaders and progressive establishment take this seriously and speak out now to put the courts & all key institutions on notice.

Based on the 300 EO issued and acted upon, why would we not panic and hold them accountable now. There are college students being kidnapped and held in custody over school newspaper articles. Records of Black soldiers' courage and service are being erased from govt sites. How long should we wait?

If this truly depends on Dems taking action, we are fucked. The courts have proven to be worthless, even with rulings against the administration, and key institutions have been capitulating this whole time. Not saying this will happen by a long shot, but the preemptive action ain't coming.

Quite apart from their public statements, it seems unlikely in the extreme that they'll give up all this lovely power they're accumulating for themselves just because an election year comes along. That's why I think even aiming for the 2026 midterms is a losing strategy.
