Ali, @petergarrett.com.au is the legit account - you can tell because the only way you can have a user name linked to your domain (website) name i.e. https://petergarrett.com.au is if you control that domain.
the bot/scam account which sent you that DM was @peterrgarrett.bsky.social but it no longer exists.
Fake account. Report this bot/fake. It will send you a DM to join a social media group and ask you for CC info to buy merch.
