I would guess that where one-third of the founding partnership was concerned, a certain amount of the energy that led to Dreamworks existing in the first place is Jeffrey Katzenberg getting back at Michael Eisner

It certainly is what fueled much of the humor of the Shrek franchise at first

Gotcha. Honestly Disney needs to get their shit together. I'm not familiar with the behind the scenes like yourself, but having been to both Disneyland and Universal recently, Universal had a better experience with design, theming and food.

In my years at Dreamworks, they never would have made a special dish, but they might decorate something specially for a special occasion. They wouldn’t do this all the time because people would get very sick of it.

DreamWorks cafeteria is great. I love work meetings there. Also hidden in some of the offices are secret rooms that were made during construction of the lot. I remember wearing a smoking jacket and having a beer from a tab where you enter through a bookcase in one of the VFX offices. Amazing place

I went on a tour when a friend interned. The cafe is nice. The cereal bar is SIGNIFICANTLY overhyped (from the bonus features you’d think it was a museum of every cereal known to man, but nah, not even a full wall of cereal lol)
