Hi. Professional photographer here, also don’t care about photo mode.

Even in Cyberpunk 2077, which is arguably the best photo mode ever designed, in a stunningly gorgeous game, still doesn’t make me want to play photographer in game.

I tried once but it just felt…off. And yeah, no one cares haha

It depends on the game. I love the tool in ACNH, but never use the one in Mario Odyssey. Most games I prefer just using the screen shot button.

I have like over 4000 pics on my Switch, so I tend to get rather trigger happy lol.

Okay, actually, yes.

I do use it in ACNH cause I’m like, “Look how fucking cute this thing is I made!” and I post to social media.

But in games where I’m not making things, and I’m just enjoying what was created for me… I don’t use it.

I literally only take photos in a game if the game requires it, or if there's an easy achievement or trophy to get for doing so.
