π₯ AMAZING.
Today, the Baltic states disconnected their power grids from that of Russia.
Itβs taken years of prep. What a moment.

Takes cutting the cable to a huge new level.
Have a national boycott day where you donβt buy petrol and so on.
The way to hit these people is in their wallets.
Capitalist hate nothing more, than people being more self reliant and not consuming their manipulation.
Community veg/fruit garden/allotment groups, solar power, heat pumps for heating, your own water supply if possible.
All these will disconnect you from their clutchesβ¦.
It says so much!
Power can flow because the Baltic and Russian grids are synchronised (the AC waves are in synch).
Only that way can they switch out the circuits to Russia without causing collapse.
Once disconnected, it's hard to keep the level of power in balance in the Baltics because if a power station has a fault then the system is out of balance and can collapse.
I would imagine switchover was timed at a period of low demand so domestic supply could handle the load. As demand picked up import could start from Europe.

Itβs a completely different and isolated power system.
They were reluctant to tell us the story of their escapes, but they both gladly told us the story of dead silent train cars that burst into song as soon as they crossed the border to freedom.
Itβs a good day!!
Meanwhile....Brexit Britain continues to sink π€¬πͺ
Glad they are aligning with the EU.

No wires, no pipes, no roads, no rails should cross the Russian border.
One of my great grandfathers was Lithuanian and Iβve enjoyed attending events at the Lithuanian Embassy in DC to learn more about the culture and country.
This is a liberating milestone for the Baltics.

But Europe is creating a different and significant problem.
The US will use this energy dominance over us to damaging effect.
We need to urgently modenise our energy grid.
Working with China can fast track that critical process.
Rising living costs in Europe are powering the rise of the far right.
We desperately need our own domestic energy sources and we don't have enough fossil fuels.
China isn't currently threatening to invade Greenland. Nor is it advocating for the ethnic cleansing of Gaza that is epochal with regards to human rights and will send many migrants to Europe.
But the case I'm making is that we need Chinese technology.
Head to the Embassy to get your next mission.
Europe needs to work with any partner with necessary caution to protect our interests and defend our liberal democratic values.
Europe doesn't have enough fossil fuels of our own and the price of US LNG is driving up living costs which is fuelling the rise of the far ight.
Unlike the US, Europe doesn't have enough fossil fuels.
And we certainly can't afford US LNG long term.
Still, long term Europe and the EU need to be working towards sustainable self reliance.
We clearly cannot trust Ruzzia, like now the US. China, a slightly safer bet currently, but should not be relied upon long term.
We can adopt a form of China's strategy.
Access to our market but only if we gain enough IP insights and control in order to develop our own capabilities.
Challenging but likely achievable.
The US has damaged Euroe/China relations for years.
Stop being so accepting of the message the west wants you to see
In the end, the worst thing to ever happened to the world is populating it with humans, either genetically engineered or else. Even the "educated" don't really know how it all started. It's just theorizing

Higher living costs driven in large part by higher energy prices (US LNG is 40% more costly than Russian piped), and the associated drop in industrial output reduces living standards and fuels the rise of the far right.
Europe is exceptionally exposed in that regard.
The same is likely to happen in Europe.
Although there are quite a few here who want to draw us even closer to the US so it will be a battle.

But in the UK's defence, we were lied to by people we were supposed to trust, who promised our lives (in a country diminished by the Tories' austerity programme) would be better if we left.
It was terrible how your media and so many politicians lied about the consequences of Brexit
Does anyone care?
Freedom to become dependant of US gas?
There's no 'freedom' for small states in this world.
All part of its long term geopolitical aims that have nothing to do with the best interests of Europeans, as we've seen with how many Ukrainians they're happy to sacrifice to the meatgrinder.
Are people really this blind?
Russia, and many Western political commentators, have been very explicit (and accurate) about what would happen.
