I lost my snap because I tried to renew at the last minute and the system was down and kept forgetting to call to try and fix it because of my memory issues. #AuDHD 😢

I get less mad about the talk of people abusing the system than I do about the people who claim such abuse is why those programs aren't meeting the needs of the people they were designed to serve. I've worked as a fraud analyst before, I have a pretty good read on how much a system can

handle before waste, abuse, or theft puts even a dent in what it can handle. Those people aren't being served because people put things in place that prevent it... Not because any of the actual benefit recipients are draining all the funds. There are programs that don't use
