Only if it's a short term punt and you're looking at a quick vs a longer turnaround from midweek.
I'd say it affects captaincy a lot more than buying.
Having a bad start might be more triggering than a bad finish.

Some of my absolute favourite FPL-memories is having and/or captaining a player with the friday kickoff. Perfect time to start the round, and enjoy your points coming in an giving a massive green arrow before everyone else catches up.

Early kickoff on saturdays? Less enjoyable.

I have to be honest, if the decision is very close in my head, this could be a determining factor. I prefer to have 'hope' of a last minute points bonanza. If the early kick off fails you're waiting for the inevitable haul from the Monday guy all weekend 😂

I think it does. I don't like sitting down on a Sunday afternoon to watch Sky Sports without the best assets in those two games.

I benched Palmer last season away at Luton because he had a 12:30 KO. He scored 18 pts if I remember correctly. It shouldn’t really affect your decision like it usually does.
